You can start lining up about 10 minutes before each slot.
- Check-in will open as soon as the venue is ready.

- Please review the participation guidelines before purchasing a ticket. By joining the event, we assume you agree to these guidelines.
- Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be changed.

For Cosplayers Without a Changing Room
- Please arrive in costume and by car. Changing in the parking lot is not allowed.
- After arrival, please check in at the acosta! check-in counter first.
- Please use the Mizuho PayPay Dome Fukuoka parking lot.
- Using public transportation (trains, buses, etc.) while in costume is not permitted.
- If you are attending with a student ticket (elementary, junior high, or high school), please show a valid student ID at check-in. If you forget your student ID, you will be asked to pay the difference from the standard ticket price.
*Elementary school students should bring a document that verifies their age.
About the Kids Ticket Discount for Junior High and High School Students
- This ticket allows junior high and high school students to participate as either a photographer or general attendee.
- Students using this ticket must present a valid student ID at check-in.
If you forget to bring it, you will be required to pay the difference from the regular ticket price.
About the Kids Ticket Discount for Elementary School Students
- This ticket allows elementary school students to participate as a cosplayer, photographer, or general attendee.
- An adult guardian must accompany the child at all times during the event. Children may not participate alone.
*Guardians must also purchase a valid participation ticket at the regular price. - If the child is participating as a cosplayer, they must either change clothes with their guardian present in the designated changing area, or arrive at the venue already changed (e.g., from home or by car).
- Please bring an official document (such as a health insurance card) to verify the child’s age.
- Children under elementary school age may attend free of charge and do not need a ticket. About Same-Day Ticket Purchases
- Priority will be given to guests with advance tickets. Thank you for your understanding.
- Ticket sales will end once sold out. Please note this in advance.
- Tickets that are still available can be purchased at the staca Ticket Center.
- Only “No Changing Room for Cosplayers” and “Photographer/General” tickets can be purchased at the staca Ticket Center or the acosta! check-in counter.
