How to Purchase Tickets
① Sign up as a member
of the staca Ticket Center

*Please note that a Japanese address and phone number are required to sign up.

② Choose the event you want to attend
and purchase your ticket!
When you purchase tickets either online
through the staca Ticket Center
or at physical locations,
the transaction will be saved in your account.
No physical tickets will be issued.
*You can check your purchased tickets on your My Page.
How to join the event
Have an advance ticket?
Log in to My Page
and tap the orange button
to use a ticket.
Select the ticket you want to use.
Show the Ticket QR Code at the check-in desk.
*Use the ticket QR code instead of your staca card to make things easier!
Want a same-day ticket?
*Some venues may not offer tickets on the day of the event.
Please check event details in advance.
What you’ll need
Buy your ticket at the check-in desk
Show your WEB staca, staca card,
or a valid ID.
If you use an ID,
we may conduct extra checks.
Pay the admission fee
