Rules & Regulations (acosta! @ Mizuho PayPay Dome Fukuoka)

“Safety is our top priority at acosta! events. We ask that all of our guests have a good time while adhering to the precautions, terms of use, and instructions of our staff. Keep in mind that these terms are subject to change at any time. Please regularly check this page for updates regarding the terms.

General rules

If you do not follow the directions of the staff or engage in disruptive or illegal activities, we may report the incident to the appropriate authorities, ask you to leave the event, and refuse you entry to future events. In some cases, we may also confiscate film, equipment, or memory cards.

Photography, video recording & interaction with other guests

Photography, participation to the event and interaction with other guests require an acosta! attendee badge.
If someone asks for permission to take a photo, please cooperate by only taking a casual commemorative photo.
If someone intends to do a more serious shoot, please ensure they show their acosta! attendee badge.
Photography is allowed only with mutual consent.
It is prohibited to act or take actions as if you represent our organization, which may include greeting visitors or help desk support.
While taking photos or interacting, please ensure your actions are respectful and not uncomfortable for others.
Ensure your photos don’t accidentally capture other participants or general attendees.
Posting photos and short videos of the event on social media is allowed. Any issues that may arise as a result of these posts are the poster’s responsibility.
Toy guns must be unloaded and made incapable of firing. This applies to BB pellets and any other projectiles.

Do not use bulky equipment for photography that obstructs pathways.
Do not take photos without the subject’s consent.
Do not photograph the surroundings or the general atmosphere of the venue.
Do not photograph inside or at the entrance of men’s or women’s changing rooms and restrooms.
Do not engage in lengthy photography sessions that may be disruptive to others.
Do not use excessively large telephoto lenses.
Do not use imitation swords, firearms, or props that resemble weapons, rackets, balls, etc., except when posing for photos.
Do not climb trees, unstable structures, or any other off-limits areas.
Do not take photos while walking.
Do not engage in dancing, running, or other intense movements.
Do not play loud music that could disturb those around you.
Do not upload any video footage, including scripted content, to video-sharing sites without permission.
Do not live stream without permission.

Costumes & changing

Change into your cosplay outfit inside the designated male or female changing rooms.
Staff of the opposite gender might enter the changing rooms in case of emergency.
If your costume is deemed potentially offensive, you might be asked to return to the changing room.
Please refrain from wearing real military uniforms or outfits that are heavily inspired by real military uniforms. (Costumes from manga or anime are acceptable).
Weapons and props, regardless of size or shape, may be confiscated if deemed dangerous by staff.

Do not change clothes or apply makeup outside of the designated areas for such, like in neighboring shops or restrooms.
Do not use sprays or mists inside the venue.
Do not enter or exit the venue while in costume. (Excluding those with tickets that allow entry in cosplay attire.)
Do not wear uniforms of police officers, self-defense forces, firefighters, or any other Japanese or international defense forces. Outfits that can be easily confused with such are also prohibited.
Do not wear costumes that could be mistaken for underwear.
Do not cut wigs inside the venue, changing rooms, restrooms, etc.
Do not use microphones, musical instruments, radios, or engage in any other noise-making actions.
Do not make excessive noise with bells or other items attached to costumes or props.
Do not use fake blood or portray violent themes.
Do not bring potentially harmful items or things that might damage or soil the venue, such as color sprays or fake blood.
Do not wear costumes that are too revealing (see “About revealing costumes” below).
Do not participate in acosta! while wearing kigurumi suits (full-body plush costumes).
e.g. Kigurumi of Disney characters, Nintendo characters, and local mascots with official mascot versions.

About tickets

Regardless of ticket type, there is a purchase limit of 2 tickets per person each day.
Admission times vary depending on the ticket.
Please do not arrive earlier than your check-in time.
We do not accept cancellations, changes, or refunds for purchased tickets.
Unused tickets can be converted into staca points through your “staca Ticket Center” personal page.
Those with early bird tickets will no longer have priority after the check-in start for regular ticket holders.
Same-day tickets for sold-out categories will not be available.

Wear your costume at home and arrive at the venue by car.
Upon arrival, complete your acosta! registration at the reception desk.
Use the parking lots at Mizuho PayPay Dome Fukuoka.
*Parking may take time if lots are crowded. Thank you for your understanding.
Do not change or apply makeup at nearby hotels or rental spaces to avoid any potential issues.
Use of public transportation (trains or buses) while in costume is prohibited.
Entry by car is also available for changing room ticket holders at venues offering tickets without changing rooms.
To use changing rooms during the event, purchase a ticket with changing rooms included.

Attending in costume by car

Whether or not your ticket includes access to the changing rooms, arriving by car at the venue in costume is permitted with a cosplay ticket.
Use of public transportation (trains or buses) while in costume is prohibited.
Changing clothes or applying makeup in parking lots or vehicles is prohibited.
Change and apply makeup at home before driving to the venue.
acosta! changing rooms and luggage storage are not available for ticket holders without changing room access.
The event organizers bear no responsibility for any troubles that occur outside the event area.
Parking may take time if lots are crowded. Thank you for your understanding.
Upon arrival, complete your acosta! registration at the reception desk.

About revealing costumes

If your outfit is too revealing, you might be denied participation in cosplay.
If you’re wearing an outfit that exposes the lower or side parts of the breast area, please wear underwear or a leotard that covers your skin.
Make sure your underwear isn’t visible by wearing leggings or stockings.
If you’re wearing a revealing costume, please wear a jacket, shawl, or similar item when on the move.
If you’re a female cosplayer cosplaying as a male character with exposed chest areas, please wear a leotard or a chest binder. *There are no upper body restrictions for male cosplayers, but please cover up when not being photographed.
Regardless of the above, if the staff deems your costume to be problematic, you may be asked to change or wear additional layers.

Costumes that are considered obscene or violate public order and decency.
Costumes worn without underwear, or where underwear is visible through gaps in the costume material, such as around the chest or armpits.
Extremely low-rise fashion.
Excessive exposure, visible underwear, and costumes that can easily be mistaken for underwear.

Guidelines for male cosplayers cosplaying as female characters

Always apply makeup, groom brows, and so on, taking care not to compromise the character’s image.
Intimidating or distasteful cosplaying of female characters is not allowed.
Groom any exposed areas such as underarm hair, leg hair, and facial hair.
Avoid exposing bare legs and wear tights, stockings, or leggings instead.

About the luggage storage area

Food, beverages, and fragile items cannot be stored in this area.
Store your belongings in the designated luggage area. Changing rooms cannot be used for storage.
Retrieve your luggage by the end of the event. Unclaimed items will be treated as lost property.

About age restrictions

Children below junior high school may participate in the event only if accompanied by a guardian. Elementary school students and accompanying guardians must pay the regular admission fee. *Participation is free for children under elementary school age.
Children under elementary school age can use the changing room of the same gender as their guardian. *The staff might refuse entry to changing rooms of the opposite gender if they believe it is necessary.
Children under junior high school age are prohibited from roaming alone. Guardians must always accompany them during the event.

About moving around the event area and entering stores

Some stores may refuse entry based on their discretion.
Imitation swords, firearms, and items resembling dangerous goods must concealed in a bag or cover when on the move.

Do not move around while wearing full-face masks, helmets, or other coverings that conceal your face.

Do not occupy seats or sit on the floor for extended periods in rest areas.

Other disclaimers

The layout or schedule of the venue may change at any time.
Please keep your valuables with you. We will not be held accountable for any losses.
Lost and found items will be disposed of two weeks after the event if not claimed. If you believe you have misplaced something, please contact us as soon as possible.
In the event of an emergency, please follow staff instructions and remain calm.
If any of the equipment or the venue itself is damaged, the party responsible will be held liable for compensation.
If an ambulance or other emergency services are required due to injuries, health issues, or other factors, the cost will be borne by the party involved.
We, acosta! (Hacosta Inc.), as well as the management and the venue, are not responsible for any inconveniences or accidents caused by the content or type of cosplay or the condition of the venue.
On the event day, official photographers and various media may be taking photos and recording videos. Attendees may appear on TV, newspapers, magazines, the web, etc. Thanks for your understanding.
If you see someone covering the event without a “Press Pass” issued by acosta!, please notify the staff.

Prohibited conduct

Do not take photos without the subject’s consent.
Do not post photos online without the subject’s consent. Also, avoid taking excessively low-angle shots.
Do not use photos taken at acosta! events for commercial or profit-oriented purposes.
Do not engage in acts or bring items that go against public order and morals.
Do not bring real knives, real swords, functional model guns, or other dangerous props.
Do not bring in ladders.
Do not bring in flags that represent a specific region, including national and regional flags.
Do not take adult photos or videos.
Do not sell inside the event, or engage in unauthorized media coverage, solicitation, or distribution of flyers.
Do not bring items that could injure others or potentially damage the venue or cause messes that require cleaning.
Do not engage in participant conflicts or any other acts deemed by event staff to be dangerous, nuisance-causing, or rule-violating, regardless of the reason.
Do not damage the venue, cause messes that require cleaning, or throw or swing items in a manner that could inconvenience others.
Do not enter off-limits areas like planting or flower beds. (This includes placing props and equipment inside.)
Do not enter, take photos, or shop in areas outside of the permitted zones.
Do not use outlets or power sources.
Do not attend the event under the influence of alcohol or consume alcohol during the event.
Do not smoke while cosplaying in a school uniform.

Mizuho PayPay Dome Fukuoka – Venue Rules

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in following the rules below.

Prohibited conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited within the Mizuho PayPay Dome Fukuoka premises. If you engage in any of these prohibited activities without staff (including security personnel) approval, or if you refuse to follow staff instructions, you may be asked to leave the premises, have personal belongings removed, or be denied entry in the future.

Do not smoke outside designated areas (including electronic cigarettes).
Do not use skateboards, inline skates, roller skates, unicycles, or engage in any other activity that may obstruct pedestrian traffic.
Do not walk pets on the 3rd-floor deck without a leash.
Do not bring bicycles or motorcycles onto the 3rd-floor deck or pedestrian walkways.
Do not reserve a spot by leaving personal belongings unattended for an extended period.
Do not sit or lie down on the premises.
Do not engage in ball games, including playing with balls in a way that could be dangerous.
Do not engage in dangerous behavior on escalators or stairs (e.g., running in reverse or sliding on handrails).
Do not occupy large areas for group meals.
Do not feed animals.
Do not bring food, drinks, glass bottles, or cans into the Mizuho PayPay Dome Fukuoka.
Do not bring pets into the Mizuho PayPay Dome Fukuoka (excluding service dogs).
Do not dispose of household garbage within the premises.
Do not bring explosives, firearms, swords, fireworks, firecrackers, drugs, toxic substances, or any other hazardous materials (including prescription drugs with restricted use).
Do not leave bicycles, motorcycles, cars, or other vehicles unattended.
Do not engage in violent behavior, including verbal abuse, threats, extortion, intimidation, or physical violence.
Do not vandalize, damage, or tamper with facilities, equipment, or parked vehicles, including acts of mischief or theft.
Do not use electrical outlets on the premises (except for designated outlets on dome counter tables and USB outlets).
Do not enter or damage planted areas.
Do not enter restricted areas.
Do not engage in unauthorized business activities, resell or trade admission tickets (including exchange tickets), scalp tickets, distribute flyers, conduct surveys, advertise, record, or hold gatherings without permission.
Do not engage in any behavior that disrupts public safety, order, or disturbs other visitors.
Do not violate additional prohibitions posted on the premises.
Do not interfere with event operations or facility management.
Do not forge admission tickets or other rights-related documents.
Do not disrupt ongoing performances or games.
Do not occupy seats or standing areas with personal belongings.
Do not excessively follow, stalk, ambush, or monitor staff or performers in a way that disrupts their duties.
Do not take unauthorized photos or videos of other visitors or staff without their consent.

Regarding the use of coin lockers and parking

Please review the locker rules and parking regulations before using the facilities.

Exclusion of organized crime groups

Individuals affiliated with organized crime groups or other anti-social organizations are strictly prohibited from using the facilities.

General rules

Please cooperate with bag inspections upon entry. Any prohibited dangerous items (see Match Viewing Agreement) will be confiscated by staff. Bringing food and drinks into the venue is strictly prohibited (except for purchases made inside Mizuho PayPay Dome Fukuoka and BOSS E・ZO FUKUOKA). If you have food or drinks, please consume them beforehand or store them in a coin locker.
Please cooperate with proper waste sorting and disposal.
Mizuho PayPay Dome Fukuoka is committed to creating a smoke-free environment to prevent secondhand smoke exposure. Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas.
Long-term use of rental wheelchairs (e.g., for the entire duration of a game) is not permitted.
During your visit, your image and voice may be recorded.

*Recorded audio and video may be used for venue screens, printed materials, TV broadcasts, online streaming, DVDs, and other media during or after the event.
*Recorded audio and video may be used for the following purposes.

BOSS E・ZO FUKUOKA – Venue Rules

Each attraction inside BOSS E・ZO FUKUOKA has specific usage guidelines. Some attractions may be unavailable if you do not meet the participation requirements.

Prohibited conduct

Do not smoke outside designated areas (including electronic cigarettes).
Do not reserve a spot by leaving personal belongings unattended for an extended period.
Do not sit or lie down on the premises.
Do not engage in dangerous behavior on escalators or stairs (e.g., running in reverse or sliding on handrails).
Do not eat outside designated dining areas within the venue.
Do not feed animals.
Do not bring food, drinks, glass bottles, or cans into the venue.
Do not bring pets into the venue (excluding service dogs).
Do not dispose of household garbage within the premises.
Do not bring explosives, firearms, swords, fireworks, firecrackers, drugs, toxic substances, or any other hazardous materials (including prescription drugs with restricted use).
Do not engage in violent behavior, including verbal abuse, threats, extortion, intimidation, or physical violence.
Do not use electrical outlets on the premises.
Do not enter or damage planted areas.
Do not enter restricted areas.
Do not take photos or videos in a manner that obstructs passage, invades privacy, or disturbs other guests, and do not film in restricted areas.
Do not livestream or record for extended periods in a way that allows public viewing via the internet or other media without the organizer’s permission. Photography is only allowed for personal use and memorabilia.
Do not engage in unauthorized business activities, resell or transfer tickets, scalp tickets (including loitering with the intent to scalp), distribute flyers, conduct surveys, advertise, record, or hold gatherings without permission.
Do not engage in any behavior that disrupts safety, order, or the experience of other guests within the venue.
Do not violate any additional prohibitions posted within the venue.
Do not interfere with event operations or facility management.
Do not excessively follow, stalk, ambush, or monitor staff or performers in a way that disrupts their duties.
Do not damage or vandalize the facility, equipment, or others’ belongings (including acts of mischief), steal property, forge tickets or related documents, or secretly record or photograph other guests or staff in violation of the law.

About tickets

For all types of tickets, please read and understand the purchase guidelines and the facility-specific rules listed on the E・ZO official website (available on facility introduction pages and at each facility entrance) before use.

Regarding the use of coin lockers and parking

Please review the locker rules posted on the coin lockers.
There is no dedicated parking for BOSS E・ZO FUKUOKA. Guests visiting BOSS E・ZO FUKUOKA may use the Mizuho PayPay Dome Fukuoka parking lot, where a parking discount is available based on your purchase amount.
Before using the parking lot, please check the rules and guidelines for each parking area.

teamLab Forest – Venue Rules

Pregnant individuals
Guests using wheelchairs or canes
Guests who have difficulty walking independently
Guests carrying children

Depending on crowd levels, you may need to wait before entering.
We are not responsible for any injuries, losses, damages, or disputes that occur inside the facility.
Ticket resale is strictly prohibited. Tickets purchased through resale will not be accepted, and we hold no responsibility for any issues arising from such purchases.
Some exhibits may be unavailable due to maintenance.
The venue is dark and contains areas with uneven or unstable surfaces.
Guests wearing heels, high-heeled shoes, sandals, or wooden clogs may be restricted from entering certain areas for safety reasons.
Guests with children should ensure their safety under parental supervision.
Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a guardian. One guardian may accompany up to three children. (All accompanying guests must purchase tickets.)
Smoking, drinking, and eating (including candy and gum) are prohibited in the exhibition areas.
There are no restrooms or rest areas inside the venue.
Guests who are ill or intoxicated will be denied entry.
Due to the nature of the exhibits, flashing lights, bright effects, and loud sounds may be present.
Bags over 50cm in length must be stored in paid coin lockers on the 1st or 3rd floor or in the acosta! baggage area.
Strollers are not permitted inside the venue. Please use the stroller storage area on the 3rd floor.
Only service dogs are permitted inside. Other pets are not allowed.
Flash photography is prohibited.
Monopods, tripods, and selfie sticks are not allowed for photography.
Commercial photography and media coverage without prior approval are not permitted.

Hazardous or odorous materials, fresh flowers
Any drinks without a lid, except for bottled beverages and water bottles
Any items deemed dangerous by staff

V-World AREA – Venue Rules

Those feeling unwell or prone to motion sickness/Pregnant individuals/Those with dizziness, claustrophobia, respiratory conditions, seizures, high blood pressure, or nyctophobia (fear of darkness)/Those with neck, back, or lower back issues/Individuals with sensitive skin or noise sensitivity
*Some activities are restricted for guests under 7 years old.
*Certain activities may not be accessible for individuals who cannot walk independently.
*Guests with physical disabilities should consult with staff.
*If you have any medical conditions that may worsen due to participation, please refrain from using this area.

Depending on crowd levels, you may need to wait before entering.
We are not responsible for any injuries, losses, damages, or disputes that occur inside the facility.
Some equipment may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or unexpected malfunctions.
Monopods, tripods, and selfie sticks are not allowed for photography.
Please do not leave personal belongings unattended. Unattended items may be collected as lost property.
Blocking pathways, cutting in line, selling/displaying goods, or engaging in disruptive or dangerous behavior is prohibited.
Food and drinks are not allowed inside the area or during activities.
Guests who do not follow staff instructions may be denied entry.

Please read and follow the usage restrictions and safety instructions for each activity.
Some activities involve intense physical movement—please stretch beforehand and participate only if you feel comfortable. If you feel unwell or are unsure about your ability to participate, please do not push yourself.

Sadaharu Oh Baseball Museum – Venue Rules

Depending on crowd levels, you may need to wait before entering.
We are not responsible for any injuries, losses, damages, or disputes that occur inside the facility.
Some equipment may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or unexpected malfunctions.
Intoxicated guests will not be allowed to enter.
For safety reasons, bringing personal bats into the facility is prohibited.
Guests who do not follow staff instructions may be denied entry.

*Failure to comply with these rules may result in removal from the premises or notification to authorities at the staff’s discretion. By participating in this event, you agree to these terms.
