Check-in will open as soon as the venue is ready.

Read this before purchasing your tickets

Please review the participation guidelines before purchasing a ticket. By joining the event, we assume you agree to these guidelines.
Early Ticket holders do not receive priority admission after the Regular Ticket reception begins. Once Regular Ticket reception opens, Early Ticket holders must join the general queue.
Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be changed.
Sold-out ticket types will not be available for purchase on the event day.
There is no luggage storage available for Photographer and General Admission Ticket holders. Please plan accordingly.

Notes about different ticket types

For Cosplayers Without a Dressing Room

Please wear your costume from home and arrive by car. Changing in the parking lot is not allowed.
Upon arrival, please check in at the acosta! Check-in first.
Using public transportation (trains, buses, etc.) in cosplay is not permitted.

For Middle and High School Students

This is a ticket for middle and high school students participating as either photographers or general attendees.
If you’re attending with a Student Ticket, please present a valid student ID at the reception. Without it, you’ll need to pay the difference for the Regular Ticket.
*Primary school attendees should bring a document confirming their age.

For Elementary School Students

This is a ticket for elementary school students participating in cosplay (without using the changing room), as photographers, or as general attendees.
Elementary school students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is an adult. Participation without a guardian is not allowed.
* Guardians must also purchase a regular event participation ticket at full price.
The Elementary School Students Ticket does not include access to the changing room.
If you wish to use the changing room, please purchase a “Cosplay (With Changing Room)” Ticket for the child as well.
To verify age, please bring an ID (such as a health insurance card).
Children younger than elementary school age may enter for free and do not need a ticket.

About Same-Day Tickets

Priority will be given to guests who have already purchased advance tickets.
Same-day tickets will only be available while supplies last.
Remaining tickets can be purchased at the staca Ticket Center.
Tickets for photographers, general attendees, middle and high school students, and elementary school students can be purchased at both the staca Ticket Center and the acosta! check-in desk.
If purchasing at the acosta! reception desk, only cash or PayPay will be accepted.

We’re welcoming those who are joining acosta! for the first time!
This guide will help you make the most of the event. Please be aware that this isn’t a photography workshop.
