Regardless of ticket type, there is a purchase limit of 2 tickets per person each day.
*If you have multiple tickets, please make sure to transfer tickets in advance. - We do not accept cancellations or changes for purchased tickets. Thank you for your understanding.
- Unused tickets can be converted into staca points through your “staca Ticket Center” personal page.

About entering stores
You are allowed to enter Alta and Alpa shops.
*You may be refused access at any time.
*Please refrain from entering shops for any purpose other than making a purchase.
*Photography is not allowed inside Alta and Alpa shops.
