- You will be asked to present your ID at the check-in desk on the day of the event.
- Before purchasing tickets, please ensure you review and agree to the participation terms. Your participation in the event will be regarded as acceptance of these terms.
- We do not accept cancellations or changes for purchased tickets.
- Those with early bird tickets will no longer have priority after 9:00 pm. After the check-in start for regular ticket holders, you will have to line up in the regular queue.
- Same-day tickets are limited. Further details about the sales process will be announced shortly.
- The B3F parking lot area will be available only after 10:00 pm.

Stage Events
Safety is our top priority at acosta! events. We ask that all of our guests have a good time while adhering to the precautions, terms of use, and instructions of our staff.

For spectators:
- Saving spots or preventing others from occupying certain areas is prohibited.
- Watching the event from ladders, stands, or steps is prohibited.
- Please refrain from attending if you have a fever or are feeling unwell.
- Interactions should be confined to the acosta! photo zones.
- Photography and video recording by acosta! staff may take place at the CDEF stage.
- Using flashes and tripods for photography is prohibited.
- Please do not raise your camera above the height of faces or heads when taking photos. Take care not to obstruct the view of those around you.
- Singing, chanting, and cheering are allowed.
- Physical movements that may obstruct others’ views are prohibited.
- If you feel unwell, please notify a staff member.
Please refrain from contacting the event venue regarding CDEF.

- Stage participation is limited to lottery winners.
- Anyone is welcome to watch from the audience area.
- A ticket order number is required to apply for stage participation. Please confirm your ticket order number on the Ticket Center before applying.
- Due to stage limitations, only 100 participants will be selected to join the stage.
- Only winners will be contacted by Tuesday, December 24th.
- Photos and videos from the countdown event may be used on acosta!’s official social media and other platforms.
