• We do not accept cancellations or changes for purchased tickets.
• Those with early bird tickets will no longer have priority after 11:00 am. After the check-in starts for regular ticket holders, you will have to line up in the regular queue.
• Same-day tickets will not be available for sold-out categories.
About Cosplayer Tickets (Arriving by Car)
• Please wear your costume from home and arrive by car. Using public transportation (trains, buses, etc.) in cosplay is not permitted. Taxis and ride-share services are allowed.
• Changing in the parking lot is not allowed.
• Please use the Sapporo Factory parking lot. *Learn morehere.
• Upon arrival, please check in at the acosta! Check-in first.
