About staca
Where can I get a staca card?
  • You can get a staca card at all stores affiliated with HACOSTADIUM.
    These include HACOSTADIUM Osaka and cosset Ikebukuro Main Store.
    Please note that you won’t be issued a staca card automatically upon registering for an acosta! events.

  • About attending an event
    How do I enter the venue?
  • Please present your Ticket QR Code at the check-in desk on the day of the event.
    ■ Once we confirm the validity of your advance ticket, you may enter the venue.
    ■ Once you purchase your same-day ticket, you may enter the venue.

    What identification documents should I bring?
  • Please bring a government-issued ID that shows your address, name, and date of birth. This can include a driver’s license, student ID, or health insurance card. IDs without a photo are also acceptable.
  • Do I need to buy a ticket if I only plan to interact with the cosplayers?
  • Yes, you need to purchase a ticket to participate in the event.
  • About tickets
    Where can I collect my advance tickets? Will they be mailed to me?
  • All acosta! tickets are electronic. There will be no physical tickets issued or mailed to you.
  • Online advance tickets are sold out. Can I still purchase advance tickets somewhere?
  • You can buy advance tickets at HACOSTADIUM stores until the day before the event or until they sell out.
  • Advance tickets are sold out. Can I buy a ticket on the day of the event?
  • If advance tickets are sold out during pre-sale, no tickets will be available on the day of the event.
    Tickets that are still available will be sold at the acosta! check-in desk.

  • For information about upcoming events, please wait for updates on our website or X (Twitter).

  • Is there a chance the event will be canceled due to bad weather?
  • The event might be canceled in extreme weather conditions like typhoons. In the event of a cancellation, we will post an announcement on our official website and acosta! X (Twitter).
  • Can I use photos taken at acosta! for my own photo book?
  • The rules may vary by venue. Please check the rules and regulations on each event page.
  • Can I take a taxi while wearing cosplay?
  • Using taxis in cosplay is prohibited, as they are considered public transportation.
    Please come by private car if you plan to arrive in cosplay.
    The same applies when leaving the event.
  • Can I post videos taken at acosta! online?
  • Videos taken at acosta! cannot be uploaded to video-sharing platforms such as YouTube or Nico Nico Video.
    Posting on social media like TikTok, X (Twitter), and Instagram is allowed, as long as no other participants or bystanders are visible.
    Any issues that may arise as a result of these posts are the poster’s responsibility.
    Check each event’s page for detailed rules on video recording.
  • I lost something during the event. What should I do?
  • Use our Contact Form to let us know the event venue, event date, and the details of the item you lost (type of item, color, shape, etc.).
  • I want to wear a revealing costume. Is there anything I should know?
  • Please wear underwear or a leotard that covers your skin, and wear a jacket, shawl, or similar item when not being photographed. Keep in mind that staff may still approach you about your attire.
