Changing Rooms

*These changing rooms are for children only.

Parents and guardians are kindly asked to use regular changing rooms.

Rules

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult guardian.
Children can check-in at the same time as their adult guardian.
No ticket is required for children under elementary school age, and they are allowed to use changing rooms.
Guardians planning to cosplay should buy a separate changing room ticket. If not cosplaying, they should buy a separate photographer/general ticket.
Children under elementary school age can use the changing room of the same gender as their guardian. The staff might refuse entry to changing rooms of the opposite gender if they believe it is necessary.
If you wish to change together with your child, please use the regular changing rooms.

How to Transfer Tickets

If you have bought multiple tickets,
make sure to transfer to the respective owners
via the staca Ticket Center before the event.
Ticket transfers are only possible between registered members.

How to Transfer a Ticket

Go to My Page and tap the Ticket Transfer button.

Choose the ticket you wish to transfer.

Set a password of your choice for the transfer and generate a transfer link.
*Passwords must be at least 4 characters long and are case-sensitive.

Check the transfer link and password, then notify the recipient. Done!

How to Claim a Ticket

Open the transfer link, enter the password, and you’re all set!

・Points only accumulate for the original ticket purchaser; they do not transfer with the ticket.
・You cannot transfer tickets for past events if they have expired, already been used, etc.
・The transfer request expires after a week and will be automatically canceled.
・Do not share the transfer link and password on social media.
・You can cancel a transfer from your My Page.

If you have bought multiple tickets,

All tickets are digital.
When you purchase tickets either online
through the staca Ticket Center
or at physical locations,
the transaction will be saved in your account.
No physical tickets will be issued.
