Safety is our top priority at acosta! Marche events. We ask that all of our guests have a good time while adhering to the precautions, terms of use, and instructions of our staff.
Keep in mind that these terms are subject to change at any time. Please regularly check this page for updates regarding the terms.

■ General rules
・Please follow these rules and regulations, as well as the instructions of the staff.
・If you do not follow the directions of the staff or engage in disruptive or illegal activities, we may report the incident to the appropriate authorities, ask you to leave the event, and refuse you entry to future events. In some cases, we may also confiscate film, equipment, or memory cards.

■ About age restrictions
・Children below junior high school may participate in the event only if accompanied by a guardian. Elementary school students must pay the regular admission fee; participation is free for children under elementary school age. *Accompanying guardians will also need to pay the regular admission fee.
・Children under junior high school age are prohibited from roaming alone. Guardians must always accompany them during the event.

■ About merchandise
・The sale of food and drinks is prohibited. ・Some merchandise may be age-restricted.
 If you wish to purchase age-restricted merchandise, age verification may be required. Please follow the instructions of the exhibitors and event staff and present a valid ID.
・The sale of adult-only merchandise is strictly prohibited. ・Please ensure there are no errors in the product details before purchasing any exhibited items.

■ Photography, video recording & interaction with other guests
・Selfies and photography are only allowed with mutual consent, which also applies to circle merchandise and signboards.
・Ensure your photos don’t accidentally capture other participants or general attendees.
・When recording scripted videos, be mindful of those around you and avoid inadvertently including others in your shots.
*Please refer to the acosta! rules and regulations for recording TikTok and YouTube Shorts videos. ・If the content of your video is deemed inappropriate, we will request you to delete it. ・Live streaming the event is prohibited. ・While taking photos or interacting, please ensure your actions are respectful and not uncomfortable for others.

Prohibited conduct:
・Do not climb trees, unstable structures, or any other off-limits areas.
・Do not use bulky equipment for photography that obstructs pathways.
・Do not photograph inside or at the entrance of men’s or women’s changing rooms and restrooms.
・Do not engage in lengthy photography sessions that may be disruptive to others.
・Do not use excessively large telephoto lenses.
・Do not take photos while walking.
・Do not engage in dancing, running, or other intense movements.
・Do not take photos without the subject’s consent.
・Do not photograph the surroundings or the general atmosphere of the venue.
・Do not inadvertently capture other participants or general attendees in photos.
・Do not spend excessively long periods of time photographing or occupying a specific area.
・Do not live stream the event or upload footage to video-sharing sites.
・Do not cover the event without permission.

■ Other disclaimers
・The layout or schedule of the venue may change at any time.
・Do not sit on the floor.
・Please keep your valuables with you. We will not be held accountable for any losses.
・Lost and found items will be disposed of two weeks after the event if not claimed. If you believe you have misplaced something, please contact us as soon as possible.
・In the event of an emergency, please follow staff instructions and remain calm.
・If any of the equipment or the venue itself is damaged, the party responsible will be held liable for compensation.
・If an ambulance or other emergency services are required due to injuries, health issues, or other factors, the cost will be borne by the party involved.
・We, acosta! (Hacosta Inc.), as well as the management and the venue, are not responsible for any inconveniences or accidents caused by the content or type of cosplay or the condition of the venue.
・On the event day, official photographers and various media may be taking photos and recording videos. Attendees may appear on TV, newspapers, magazines, the web, etc. Thanks for your understanding.
・If you see someone covering the event without a “Press Pass” issued by acosta!, please notify the staff.

■ Prohibited conduct:
・Do not take photos without the subject’s consent.
・Do not post photos online without the subject’s consent. Also, avoid taking excessively low-angle shots.
・Do not use photos taken at acosta! Marche events for commercial or profit-oriented purposes.
・Do not engage in acts or bring items that go against public order and morals.
・Do not bring real knives, real swords, functional model guns, or other dangerous props.
・Do not take adult photos or videos.
・Do not engage in unauthorized media coverage, solicitation, or distribution of flyers.
・Do not eat or drink outside of Sunshine City or areas that allow it.
・Do not bring in ladders.
・Do not bring in flags that represent a specific region, including national and regional flags.
・Do not use outlets or power sources.
・Do not bring alcoholic beverages into the hall.
・Do not smoke while cosplaying in a school uniform.
・Do not bring items that could injure others or potentially damage the venue or cause messes that require cleaning.
・Do not engage in participant conflicts or any other acts deemed by event staff to be dangerous, nuisance-causing, or rule-violating, regardless of the reason.
・Do not damage the venue or cause messes that require cleaning.
・Do not enter off-limits areas like planting or flower beds. (This includes placing props and equipment inside.)

*If you break the above rules and regulations, the staff may ask you to leave or report you to the proper authorities.
Participating in the event implies acceptance of these terms.

For exhibitors

Do I need a ticket to exhibit?
  • No, exhibitors don’t need to buy a ticket. We will provide separate guidance regarding the participation fee.
  • Is a circle name required?
  • Not at all. If you don’t have a circle name, you can still set up a stand using your cosplayer or photographer name.
  • Can I set up my stand next to a friend’s?
  • Just mention it in your application.
    We’ll try our best to place you together, but it’s not always guaranteed.
    If you want to make sure to be next to each other, consider sharing one booth.
  • Can I take photos at my booth?
  • Absolutely, but be mindful of other exhibitors and ensure you’re not blocking pathways.
    The walls of the venue are perfect for taking group photos, so make good use of them!
  • I won a spot in the lottery, but I can’t attend anymore. What should I do?
  • Don’t worry, just get in touch with us through our inquiry form.
    However, please avoid no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
  • Where can I get my exhibitor pass?
  • We’ll hand it over at the check-in desk on the event day. We don’t mail tickets in advance.
  • Can I ship my items from the venue after the event?
  • Certainly! There’s a designated area for pick-ups at the venue.
  • Can I ship my items to the venue before the event?
  • Yes. We’ll share more details with all exhibitors in due course.
  • What are the rules for cosplaying inside the venue?
  • Our rules align with those of all acosta! events held at Ikebukuro Sunshine City.
    Please familiarize yourself with them here.
    Please note that if your outfit goes against these rules, we may ask you to make the necessary adjustments or change.


  • For visitors

    Which ticket do I need for the event?
  • You’ll either need a ticket for “acosta! Marche” or a ticket for “acosta! @ Ikebukuro Sunshine City” for the day of the event.

  • Can I take photos freely within the venue?
  • Sure, just make sure you get permission from those you photograph.
    Avoid taking wide-angle shots that capture other exhibitors or participants without consent.
  • Is there a place to take a break?
  • Unfortunately, we don’t have dedicated rest areas inside the venue.
  • Are there age restrictions for participants?
  • Solo participants must be at least 12 years old.
    Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult guardian.
  • Can I exchange money at the venue?
  • We don’t offer currency exchange services, so please come prepared.
  • I lost/forgot something at the venue.
  • Any lost items will be kept at the check-in desk. Please ask the check-in desk if you’ve misplaced something.

      What is acosta! Marche?

      acosta! Marche is an event that combines a cosplay-themed doujin sale event, a flea market, and a fan community meetup.

      At the event, you can find a variety of items such as photobooks,
      ROMs, costumes, props, and wigs.
      Polaroids, bromides, and photo passes are also available.

      Basically, anything cosplay-related!
