Prevention Measures
Attention all attendees!
In light of the ongoing concerns regarding the spread of COVID-19,
we kindly ask those with the following symptoms to refrain from attending the event:
・Fever (above 37.5℃), cough, difficulty breathing, general fatigue, or other symptoms as outlined by the government.
・Those who have been in close contact with confirmed cases of COVID-19, including family members or close acquaintances suspected of infection; and those who have traveled within the past 14 days to countries/regions subjected to entry restrictions or post-entry observation by the government.
*Depending on your health condition, event staff may request that you abstain from participating in the event.
If you have any questions or concerns, please consult information released by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare before attending.

Before attending the event
We request your cooperation with the following measures to prevent the spread of infection among attendees.
Social distance yourself from others
in the check-in waiting line and changing rooms
No-contact thermometer checks for all attendees before entering the venue
*Please also check your temperature at home before attending.
Wear a mask when not taking photos
Take your trash with you
*We have removed trash cans from the changing rooms for the time being.
Do not line up before reception begins
Keep conversation to a minimum in changing rooms
Avoid close interactions and physical contact (such as handshakes and hugs)
Wash and disinfect your hands regularly
throughout the event
If you’re feeling unwell during the event,
please inform the staff immediately
Other Measures by acosta!
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our attendees, we are implementing the following measures.
Limiting the number of participants
Staff wear masks, and wash and disinfect their hands
Temperature checks before shifts
Ventilation and disinfection in changing rooms and luggage storage areas
Use of coin trays
Keeping a list of attendees
Use of contact-tracing apps and tracking systems
*Measures can differ depending on the venue.
*In the unlikely event of a confirmed infection, we may provide names and contact information to public health authorities as needed.
Regarding those attending the event without a ticket
The acosta! team is committed to enforcing rigorous health and safety protocols.
Part of this strategy includes limiting the number of attendees and conducting health checks upon entry.
Thanks to everyone’s cooperation, we have been able to continue holding events.
However, we have noticed an increasing number of people attending the event without a ticket.
These individuals bypass mandatory health screenings and do not provide required personal information.
Such situations not only undermine the purpose of implementing infection control measures but also pose a risk to the health of other attendees.
From a management perspective, this is not something we can overlook.
For these reasons, we explicitly forbid attendees from interacting with those who participate in the event without a ticket.
If such behaviors become rampant during the event, it may jeopardize the possibility of future events. We may also have no choice but to ask attendees who do not comply with the rules to leave the venue.
A request to participants
If you have family, friends, or acquaintances attending without tickets, we kindly ask you to inform them of acosta!’s rules for attendees regarding infection control measures.
