Underground Parking Lot Rules

• It is strictly forbidden to use the parking lot under the influence of alcohol.
  Please refrain from bringing alcohol into the parking lot or using the facility while under the influence.
  *Please note that if you cause injury to others or damage the facility’s equipment, you will be liable for damages.
• Photography is only allowed within the designated area on the 3rd basement level.
• Fire prevention sprinklers are located on the ceiling. Take care not to strike them with long objects while taking photos.
• Boarding vehicles or using vehicle batteries for photography purposes is not permitted.

For spectators:

• Saving spots or preventing others from occupying certain areas is prohibited.
• Watching the event from ladders, stands, or steps is prohibited.
• Please refrain from attending if you have a fever or are feeling unwell.
• Interactions should be confined to the acosta! photo zones.
• Photography and video recording by acosta! staff may take place at the CDEF stage.
• Using flashes and tripods for photography is prohibited.
• Please do not raise your camera above the height of faces or heads when taking photos. Take care not to obstruct the view of those around you.
• Singing, chanting, and cheering are allowed.
• Physical movements that may obstruct others’ views are prohibited.
• If you feel unwell, please notify a staff member.

For performers:

• Registration is limited and will conclude once the maximum number is reached. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
• Please be aware that photos and videos of the event may be used on the acosta! official website, social media, and other promotional mediums.
• Please avoid extreme performances and the use of costumes or props that may cause the stage to require cleaning.
• Jackets may be removed during the performance, but you may not throw them. To keep guests from tripping, simply place them at the edge of the stage.
• Changing the performance order is not allowed except under exceptional circumstances.
• Your stage performance may be canceled if your costume is too revealing or if you bring costumes/props that violate the acosta! event regulations.
• Throwing objects from the stage and moving between the audience and the stage are both dangerous and thus forbidden.
• It is also forbidden to use items that could cause the stage to require cleaning, especially props that are difficult to clean up after. (e.g. props that are too large for a single person to carry or small items in large quantities, such as petals)
• During their performance, performers are responsible for any injuries to other guests or damage to or defacement of the facility’s equipment.
